This policy explains how Pratyush Mall delivers orders placed on this website.

Where we deliver

We ship to serviceable pincodes across India through trusted courier partners. You can check delivery to your pincode at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched from our store in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time and charges

Standard delivery: usually 3-7 business days after dispatch. Free on orders above ₹999; ₹99 for orders below ₹999.
Express delivery: usually 2-4 business days after dispatch, ₹199 flat, where our courier partners offer it.

Delivery times are estimates. Remote areas, weather, strikes and other events outside our control can cause delays. Any charges that apply are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order is shipped, we send you the tracking details. You can also follow the order from Profile → My Orders.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and pincodes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver after its attempts (for example, wrong address or recipient unavailable), the parcel is returned to us. For prepaid orders, we refund the product amount after the parcel reaches us; delivery charges may be deducted.

Damaged or tampered parcels

Please do not accept a parcel that looks damaged or tampered with, or contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it under our Return & Refund Policy.
