Pratyush Art Jwellery Online ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and retain personal data when you use our website and services, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

  • Account & profile: name, email, phone, optional profile fields you provide (e.g. date of birth, anniversary), referral identifiers.
  • Addresses: shipping/billing names, phone, postal address.
  • Orders & payments: order history, items purchased (including snapshots), amounts, payment status; payment references from our payment partner (we do not store full card numbers or CVV).
  • Support: ticket subjects, messages, and related metadata you submit.
  • Reviews & loyalty: product reviews you submit; loyalty points and ledger entries.
  • Notifications: channel preferences (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push) and delivery logs as applicable.
  • Technical & usage: IP address, device/browser data, cookies and similar technologies (see our cookie notice), and analytics events where enabled.

2. How we use your data

  • To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
  • To process orders, payments, shipments, returns, and customer support.

3. With whom we share data

We share data only as needed to operate our business:

  • Razorpay — payment processing (card and other methods). Card data is handled by Razorpay; we store only limited non-sensitive payment-method metadata where you save a card.
  • Shiprocket (and courier partners) — shipping labels, tracking, and delivery.
  • WATI / WhatsApp Business providers — transactional or opted-in WhatsApp messages.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — aggregated usage analytics where configured and subject to your cookie choices.
  • Email/SMS providers — delivering notifications you request.
  • Authorities — when required by law or lawful requests.

4. Your rights under DPDP

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or withdraw consent for non-essential processing, request erasure subject to legal retention needs, grievance redressal, and nominate a representative. You can export your account data from your logged-in account where available, request deletion according to our account closure process, and contact us using the details below.

5. Data retention

Retention follows operational and legal requirements, including:

  • Orders & invoices: up to 7 years for accounting and tax compliance; certain order totals and statutory fields may be retained after account deletion while personal identifiers are minimised where permitted.
  • Audit logs (security/admin): typically 1 year unless a longer period is required.
  • Analytics events: typically 90 days.
  • Support tickets: up to 3 years unless longer retention is legally required.
  • Loyalty ledger: up to 3 years or as needed for programme integrity.
