Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Pratyush Mall. If you are not, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery from Profile → My Orders, or by contacting our support team.

Conditions for a return

  • The item must be unused and unwashed, with original tags, labels and packaging.
  • Jewellery and accessories must be returned with their original box or pouch and any certificates or free items.
  • Items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Innerwear, personal care and hygiene products once opened.
  • Customised, altered or made-to-order items.
  • Items that are used, washed, damaged after delivery or missing tags.
  • Products marked non-returnable on the product page.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges for clothing are available on request, subject to stock. If the item you want is unavailable, we refund you instead.

Pickup and inspection

We arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days where our courier partner serves your pincode. Otherwise we share our store address so you can send the item back. Returned items are inspected when they reach us.

Refunds

  • After the item passes inspection, we approve the refund and notify you.
  • Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5-7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
  • Cash on delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI ID within 5-7 business days of approval.
  • Delivery charges are refunded when the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).
