Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how you can cancel an order placed with Pratyush Mall, and when we may cancel an order.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, from Profile → My Orders or by contacting our support team. For prepaid orders, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled. You can refuse the delivery, or request a return after delivery if the item is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy. For prepaid orders refused at delivery, we refund the product amount once the parcel returns to us.

Partial cancellation

If your order has more than one item, you can cancel individual items before dispatch. The refund is the amount you paid for those items, after their share of any discount.

Customised and made-to-order items

Customised, altered or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once work on them has started.

Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order, fully or partly, because of payment failure, suspected fraud, stock unavailability, an obvious pricing error, an address we cannot deliver to, or misuse of offers. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount for the cancelled items to your original payment method within 5-7 business days and let you know by email or SMS.

Refund timelines

Refunds are initiated as soon as a cancellation is confirmed. UPI and wallet refunds usually show within 1-3 business days; card and net banking refunds can take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
